Luis Hurtado

Luis is a Human Resources and Value Chain leader working with organizations and entrepreneurs to drive transformation. He has over 35 years of experience in the areas of Supply Chain and HR / organizational design and talent development at Procter & Gamble and his own consulting business. His experience includes being a Plant Director and Supply Chain leader in 4 different countries (Mexico, USA, Germany and France) and global and regional experience in HR/ Organizational Development in Mexico, Chile and USA.

​He now leads his coaching and consulting company in Boston MA. Focus areas are organizational design and development, talent management, leadership development and operational excellence. He collaborates with organizations like Accelhub to identify, coach and fund startups and entrepreneurs and non-profits like Conexion and District Hall. Luis is also a certified coach by Lee Hecht Harrison.He earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the UNAM in Mexico in 1982.
