Juan Alanis

Juan has more than 25 years of experience in top management positions in México, LATAM, Europe and the United States.

He worked in strategy, finance and general management in organizations like P&G, H.J. Heinz, Estée Lauder Companies, Samsonite and Tecnológico de Monterrey to take them to new levels of performance and cultural strength. He is also an Executive Board Member of the Asherah Foundation.

Juan is our CEO and founder, and he is co-leader of the Strategy and Transformation Lighthouse.
