Azimuth, in collaboration with OCCMundial, the online center for professional carreers and with GDV Group, Market Insights and analytics company, present the Study “The Great Burnout: Great resignation in Mexico”, which objective is to meassure the burnout variables and possible resignation factors of the professional population in Mexico driven by the COVID-19 pandemic, both from the employer and employees perspective.
Our objective is to share these results at two levels: First, to consider how these learnings could be happening at the companies and with the inisghts and foresights developed in the model, translate them into acctions to implement. And second, we can evaluate the real situation of a particular company to get their specific drivers and insights to develop personalized strategies to reduce the impact in the company.
